For Canadian businesses, you need your Business Registration Certificate, GST/HST number, and proof of business address. For US businesses, you need your Resale Certificate, EIN confirmation letter (or LLC formation documents), and proof of physical business address. Applications from outside Canada and the US are not currently accepted.
